We only accept exchange within 7 days from the delivery date provided that.

• The merchandise must have label/ hangtag intact.
• The merchandise must be unwashed with no visible signs of wear or tear.
• The purchaser will return the item at their own cost, and we will issue exchanges free of charge thereafter.

Zeal Running Company reserve the rights to reject an exchange requests for returned item(s) that does not comply with the terms above. Only one exchange is granted per purchase.

How long will it take for my refund/ exchange to process?

Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process your exchange from the time we receive them.
